About Us

Helping product creators make smarter decisions

Building a product people love is hard. There are so many product decisions to be made every day, many of which need to be made quickly to avoid falling behind more agile competitors…

The unfortunate side effect of speed and agility is that a majority of user-facing decisions are made without any direct user feedback, resulting in products and features that miss the mark.

Sure, we all love and try to do as many customer interviews as possible, but as research from ProfitWell shows we’re not doing them enough and building the wrong products as a result.

Why aren’t we doing customer interviews? In our discussions with product teams we’ve been told it’s because they are difficult to do (well) and too slow to inform daily decision making.

That’s the problem we’re trying to solve with Soundingbird. We’re giving product creators a platform that makes it quick & easy to get user feedback to validate their product decisions.

We’re not trying to replace user interviews, surveys or anything else you’re doing today; rather, we’re giving you a new way to make smarter, timely product decisions with your users in mind.
